Welcome to LalaBe's Scented Suds (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our handmade products, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Return Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Information & Safety

Our products are handmade using only natural ingredients. We do not use synthetic additives, man-made chemicals, or fragrance oils.

Because our products are natural, extreme heat may cause certain items to soften or melt, which may change their texture or consistency but does not affect their safety or effectiveness. This is a normal characteristic of natural ingredients.

We make every effort to prevent heat-related melting by shipping with an ice pack during warm weather, but once a package is in transit, we cannot be responsible for melting caused by temperature conditions.

All products are:

  • For external use only

  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

  • Not tested or approved by the FDA

If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. Customers with allergies or sensitive skin should review the ingredient list and consult a medical professional before use.

2. No Medical Claims

All product descriptions and information on this site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. No medical claims are made regarding our products.

3. Handmade Variations

Our products are crafted in small batches, and natural variations in color, scent, size, and texture may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

4. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or inventory issues.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Once packages leave our facility, delivery delays are outside our control.

We ship carefully, and during warm weather, we include an ice pack to help minimize the risk of melting.

However:

  • We cannot be responsible for products that melt during shipping or after delivery.

  • Melting does not impact product effectiveness.

  • Products that melt may be firmed again by placing them in the refrigerator or allowing them to cool at room temperature.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, product descriptions, designs, branding, and logos—is the property of LalaBe's Scented Suds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that LalaBe's Scented Suds is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, sensitivities, or damages resulting from product use or misuse. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the website and our products.

8. Return & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be happy and are always available to answer questions before or after you order. Please read our return policy carefully:

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • Unopened products

  • Unused products

  • Products in original condition

Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Melting & Heat-Related Changes

Because our products contain only natural ingredients, heat-related melting may occur during transit or after delivery. Melting is not considered damage or a defect, and melted products:

  • Are not eligible for return or refund

  • Have the same efficacy even if their consistency changes

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for products affected by heat.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees and card processing fees). Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Products damaged by customer handling

  • Melted items

  • Clearance or final-sale items (optional)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged (not due to heat) or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use and Return Policy at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
